- Who it serves
- For those carrying long-held tension who want focused, hands-on attention.
- What to expect
- Quiet, consent-led, and unhurried. You stay clothed. We work with the spine and nervous system at the pace your body trusts.
Sessions
Three ways to begin.
Each session is hands-on somatic work and breathwork with David Sauvé, in Boulder, Colorado. Choose the doorway that calls you. If you are not sure, reach out and we will find it together.
- Who it serves
- For those who want to move what is held and meet themselves through the breath.
- What to expect
- A held, spacious experience. You are guided the whole way and nothing is pushed. Many find it both releasing and deeply restful.

Integrative Bodywork
Bodywork woven with breath, movement, and live sound from the sound room.
- Who it serves
- For those drawn to stillness, sound, and the field that opens between them.
- What to expect
- Hands-on work and live sound move together in the daylit sound room. The body softens, and sound gives it somewhere to expand into.
What a first visit is like.
If you have never done hands-on somatic work, here is what to expect. The aim is simple: that you feel safe enough to let go.
Nothing is forced
The work is consent-led from start to finish. You are always in choice. We only ever go where your body is ready to go.
You stay comfortable
Wear soft, comfortable clothing you can relax in fully. You remain clothed throughout the bodywork.
We are unhurried
There is no rushing. We begin by talking, settle in slowly, and let the session find its own pace.
You set the direction
Before we begin, we talk about what brought you here and what you would like room for. Nothing is assumed.
Pricing and session length are shared on inquiry, so we can match the work to what you need.
Not sure which to choose?
Reach out and we will find the right way in together.
